? Because those are the two daily habits that are the most essential for healthy teeth and gums. But you should also get in the habit of scheduling biannual checkups because those make sure your daily regimen of mouth maintenance is doing what it’s supposed to. But besides daily brushing and flossing and two visits to the dentist a year, another habit you should add to your daily routine is drinking water.
No matter how you do on your other resolutions (we understand if you don’t master “learn another language” or don’t make it to the gym), at least do your utmost to stick to the ones that help your teeth. Good habits can form as easily as bad habits, and once you’ve made those good habits part of your routine, it’ll be like they were always there, just like the positive side to life!
